If anyone would like to join me for a few miles during my journey, please do!

Alone we can do so little. Together we can do so much. Moral support can go a long way, when times get tough we often reach out to others to help get us through. Just being there can be enough. It doesn't take much, but recognizing someones struggles and being that piller of support can sometimes help with our own.

While I would appreciate any company on this run, also use this as a reason to look around you, see what adversity others around us are going through, and think of how you can help. A hug, a friendly phone call, just letting them know your there...you don't need to change the world, but maybe just by doing a little extra you can change the world for one person.
